6) Fine-grained bulk materials prone to airborne dispersion, such as cement and sand, shall be stored in enclosed warehouses. If stored outdoors, covering measures must be implemented.
7) Assign dedicated personnel to monitor slope excavation. Vehicles are prohibited from parking atop excavated slopes. Upon detecting abnormal conditions, immediately halt construction and implement appropriate countermeasures.
8) During rainy weather, cover the work area to prevent rainwater from entering the joint between the concrete surface and the existing subgrade.
9) Within the inner shoulder of the corresponding section of Wuhuan Road, erect approximately 15 meters of fencing to enclose a temporary parking zone.
10) Ensure secure connections at the outer ends of anchor rods.
11) Maintain unobstructed grouting pipelines to prevent pipe blockages, pump clogs, and subsequent pipe ruptures.
2. Shotcrete
1) During spraying operations, a designated person shall be responsible for thoroughly inspecting all equipment and tools, including joints and sprayers, to ensure they are wear-resistant and free from defects such as disconnected joints. Work may only commence when all equipment is in good working condition.
2) Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times during shotcrete operations.
3) When relocating the spraying position, the sprayer must be shut off. No personnel shall stand in front of the spray nozzle.
4) When clearing pipe blockages, no personnel shall stand in front of the nozzle to prevent injury from sudden material discharge after unblocking.
5) To avoid interference between material supply, mixing, transportation, and spraying operations, establish communication signals. Spraying operations shall be directed by the foreman using prescribed signals and methods to prevent accidents caused by poor coordination between sprayers and machinery operators.
6) After shotcrete application, regularly inspect the surface. If deformation or cracks are detected, promptly install support and reinforcement. If necessary, evacuate personnel to a safe area.
3. Requirements for Using Mechanical Equipment During Construction
1) Mechanical equipment must undergo regular maintenance. Inspect equipment before and after each shift and complete operation logs.
2) All mechanical equipment operators, electricians, and electric welders must hold valid certifications. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating equipment. Each worker must strictly adhere to their respective job's operating procedures.
3) Welding machines must be equipped with secondary circuit leakage protection devices. All welding cables must maintain good insulation.
4) All electrical and mechanical equipment must be shut down and powered off during maintenance. After power disconnection at the switch box, lockout/tagout procedures must be implemented or the area must be guarded by designated personnel.
5) Power supply lines must strictly adhere to the three-phase five-wire system. Switch boxes must comply with safety standards and be equipped with leakage protection devices.
V. Environmental Protection and Civilized Construction Measures
1. Minimize the use of high-noise equipment.
2. Install waste bins on-site with designated personnel for management, and establish corresponding management systems.
3. Water sprinkling must be performed to suppress dust in dry areas with loose soil.
4. Covering measures must be taken during the loading, unloading, and transportation of fine-grained bulk materials at the construction site to prevent scattering and airborne dust.
5. Excavated soil must be cleared immediately upon removal, and uncut slopes must be protected.
