Our Mining Anchor Cables are manufactured with high strength Prestressed Strand and Wire PC Strand, which are designed for mine support and rock reinforcement with excellent tensile strength, durability and stability. Product Details: 

High strength prestressing PC steel wire for concrete reinforcement is supplied in accordance with ASTM, BS, DIN standards or customer's requirements. The tensile strength ranges from 1470Mpa-1860Mpa.

According to the tensile strength, PC wires can be classified as follows: 1470MPa, 1570MPa, 1670MPa, 1770MPa and 1860MPa. 

Mining Anchor cable structure generally consists of three parts: the amplitude anchor head, the body of the anchor cable and the outer anchor head. The inner anchor head, also called anchor section or anchor root, is the root of the anchor cable anchored in the rock body to provide prestressing, according to its structural form is divided into two categories: mechanical and cemented, and cemented is divided into two categories: mortar cemented and resin cemented, and the mortar is divided into the secondary grouting and primary grouting. External anchor head, also known as external anchorage section, is the anchor cable to provide tension tonnage and locking parts, its types of anchor plug type, threaded, reinforced concrete cylinder anchor pier type, pier head anchor type and steel frame type. Mining anchor cable is composed of steel strand, anchoring agent, tray, anchorage and other anchoring accessories, which can be mechanically tensioned to exert active pressure on the surrounding rock. Cold-drawn steel wires for prestressed concrete strands: Used for the reinforcement of prestressed concrete structures, such as large-span bridges on railroads and highways, bridge crane girders, geotechnical anchoring works, multi-story industrial buildings, sports stadiums, coal mines and so on.

Structural features:

How to use:

Drill a suitable hole according to the diameter and length of the anchor cable, remove the debris in the hole, put in the resin anchoring agent (the type and quantity of the resin anchoring agent is determined according to the design), push the resin anchoring agent to the bottom of the hole with the anchor cable, connect the end of the anchor cable with the connector of the anchor drilling rig, start the anchor drilling rig and stir the resin anchoring agent in accordance with the stipulated stirring time, and so on, when it is solidified, put on the pallets and anchorage, and pull it to the stipulated preload with the tensioner. After solidification, put on the pallet and anchorage, and use tensioner to pull it to the specified preload force.
