Product Details:
Anchor plate changes the mechanical state of surrounding rock through the interaction between anchor rods and surrounding rock, forming a whole and stable rock belt around the roadway, thus effectively maintaining the stability of the roadway. This kind of support method makes full use of the joint action of anchor rods and surrounding rock, and is a kind of proactive support method. In the field of mine support, the application of anchor plate marks a major innovation in support technology, providing more reliable support for mine safety.
Product Features:
Anchor rod tray and anchor cable tray are made of high-strength alloy plate with special shape design, which can realize excellent force effect. Their lightweight structure makes installation more convenient, and at the same time, they match perfectly with all kinds of anchor rods and anchor cables, which significantly improves the surface control effect. This design not only enhances the overall performance of the support system, but also improves the construction efficiency, which is an ideal choice for mine support.
Usage:
Anchor disk and anchor metal rod and nut form a set of anchor to use.
1、First determine the hole position of the anchor according to the design requirements, and drill the hole with drilling rig.
2、Blow the rock powder in the hole with pressurized air.
3、The diameter of the rock hole is 6-12mm larger than the diameter of the anchor rod.
4、Feed the anchoring agent into the bottom hole with the anchor rod, start the mixing device for mixing, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirement of resin anchoring agent.
5、After reaching the waiting time, put on the anchor disk and tighten the nut.
