Anchor Plate Description:
A kind of mine support material, used to match the support of anchor rods (rods placed in the rock body and in close contact with the rock body), with round, square and diamond shapes.
Nowadays there are two main types of anchor disk widely used, square round hole anchor disk and round round round hole anchor disk. Anchor disk is to change the mechanical state of the surrounding rock itself through the anchors inside the surrounding rock, to form a whole and stable rock belt around the roadway, using the anchors and the surrounding rock together to achieve the purpose of maintaining the stability of the roadway. In mine support, anchor plate is a kind of active defense support method, which is a major change in mine support.

1.First determine the hole position of anchor rods according to the design requirements, and drill holes with drilling rig.
2.Blow the rock powder in the hole with pressurized air.
3.The diameter of the rock hole is 6-12mm larger than the diameter of the anchor rod.
4.Feed the anchoring agent into the bottom hole with the anchor rod, start the mixing device for mixing, and strictly control the mixing time according to the requirement of resin anchoring agent.
5.After reaching the waiting time, put on the anchor disk and tighten the nut.
