Mining Anchor Mesh is made of high strength Wire Mesh Reinforcement structure with Welded Wire Mesh process to ensure excellent stability and impact resistance. The product is made of high quality low carbon steel wire precision welded into a Welded Wire Mesh Reinforcement, with a uniform mesh and solid weld joints, which effectively prevents the rock formation from loosening and the debris from falling, and greatly improves the safety of underground operations.
Standard sizes such as 6x6 inches (150x150mm) mesh with W2.9 steel wires are both flexible and supportive, suitable for tunnel support in different geological conditions. The products are treated with anti-corrosion treatment (e.g. galvanized or plastic spraying), corrosion-resistant, long life, and adaptable to wet and high-stress mine environment. It is easy to install and can be used in conjunction with anchor rods and steel belts to improve the support efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost. Mining Wire Mesh Description:
Mining wire mesh is a reinforcing steel mesh formed by longitudinal and transverse reinforcement bars with the same or different diameters arranged vertically at a certain spacing respectively, with all the intersections welded together by resistance spot welding. It is a mesh reinforcing steel product welded and molded directly in the factory to replace the hand-tensioned reinforcement bars, which is a new type of new, high-efficiency, energy-saving, reinforced concrete structure for construction. Welded steel mesh is divided into hot-rolled (I, II, III) welded steel mesh, cold-drawn polished steel welded mesh and cold-rolled ribbed steel welded mesh according to the different categories of steel bars. The technical specification stipulates that the welded wire mesh should be made of CRB550 grade cold rolled ribbed steel bar, and can also be made of CRB510 grade cold-drawn smooth steel bar. A piece of welded wire mesh should be welded with the same type of steel bar. Welded wire mesh is classified into two types, fixed type and customized type, according to shape and specification. Customized welded wire mesh can have different spacing and diameters of reinforcement bars in two directions, but the reinforcement bars in the same direction should have the same diameter, spacing and length, which has been stipulated in the relevant standards and regulations. The shape and size of customized welded wire mesh should be determined according to the design and construction requirements, combined with the specific project conditions, by negotiation between the supply and demand sides.
