Adopting high-quality alloy steel (Alloy Steel) forging, to ensure that the strength of each part of the rod body is consistent, to avoid the weak point fracture.

Product Manufacturing Process
(1) Raw Material Selection
High quality alloy steel (such as 20MnSi, BHRB600) is used to ensure high strength and toughness.
The steel is subject to ultrasonic testing to eliminate internal defects.
(2) Precision Rolling and Threading
The rods are molded by fully automatic Rolling Mill to ensure straightness and strength.
Rolled thread (Rolled Thread) process, to enhance the thread fatigue resistance.
(3) Heat treatment
Quenching & Tempering process to enhance the hardness and toughness of steel.
Ensure the anchor is not easy to break under impact load.
(4) Surface anti-corrosion treatment
Hot dip galvanized (average zinc layer ≥ 80μm), suitable for general wet environment.
Stainless Steel Cladding (Stainless Steel Cladding), suitable for strong corrosive mines.
(2) High strength tensile and pullout resistance
The tensile strength reaches more than 600MPa, which is suitable for deep mines, high stress tunnels and other harsh environments.
Combined with resin anchoring agent (Resin Cartridge) or cement grouting (Cement Grouting), it realizes ultra-high anchoring force.
(3) Strong corrosion resistance
The surface is treated with Hot-Dip Galvanizing or Epoxy Coating to extend the service life.
Suitable for wet, acid mine and other harsh geological conditions.
(4) Easy and efficient installation
Threaded or End-Anchored design for quick installation on all types of drilling rigs.

How to use the product:
(1) Preparation before construction
Geological survey: determine the stability of the rock layer, choose the appropriate type of anchor rods and anchoring method.
Drilling: Use hydraulic drilling rig to drill holes, the hole diameter should be 4-6mm larger than the anchor diameter (e.g. Φ22 anchor with Φ28 drilling hole).
Clean the hole: Flush the hole with high pressure wind or water to make sure there is no rock debris left.
(2) Anchor installation steps
Resin anchoring method (rapid support)
Insert the resin anchor (Resin Cartridge) into the drill hole.
Advance the anchor by rotating the drilling rig and stir for 20-30 seconds to fully cure the resin.
Wait 1-2 minutes and tighten the nut to complete the support.
Cement grouting method (permanent support)
After inserting the anchor, fill with high strength cement grout (W/C=0.4-0.5).
Apply pre-tensioning force after 24 hours of maintenance.
(3) Quality control points
Pre-tensioning force test: use torque wrench to ensure that the design value (e.g. 150Nm) is reached.
Pull-out test: Sample test anchorage force to ensure ≥200kN (depending on project requirements).
