Production process:
1. Selection of raw materials
Selection of high quality low carbon steel coil (Q235)
Carbon content of steel is controlled at 0.12%-0.20%
Tensile strength ≥370MPa, elongation ≥26%
2. Cold roll forming
Rolling of round steel into spiral shape through a special mill
Pitch is controlled at 60-80mm (adjusted according to the diameter)
Formation of a continuous high-strength thread on the surface
3. Thermal treatment
Adoption of tempering treatment to improve mechanical properties Hardness is controlled at HRC22-28 to ensure sufficient toughness and fatigue resistance 4. Surface treatment Optional hot-dip galvanizing treatment (zinc layer thickness ≥μm) or epoxy resin coating for corrosion prevention Tempering is used to improve the mechanical properties

Installation:
1. Drilling preparation
Use hydraulic drill truck or pneumatic rock drill to drill holes
Drill diameter is 4-6mm larger than the diameter of the anchor
Hole depth should be 50-100mm longer than the length of the anchor
2. Anchor installation
Align the twisted anchors with the drilled holes
Rotate and push them forward by using the special installation equipment
Installation torque is controlled at 150-200N-m
3. Pallet installation
Install the spherical pallet and friction reducing washer
Use the nuts to preload the preload force, preload force less than 50kN. Not less than 50kN
W-band can be added when used with reinforcing mesh
4. Quality inspection
Check the exposed length of the anchor rods (30-50mm)
Spot-check 5% of the anchor rods for pull-out test (pull-out force ≥80kN)
Record the installation parameters of each row of anchor rods
